Looking for anyone who ownes or uses one of the swingaway trainers. I am looking to get one for my 11yo son and was looking for thoughts from people who have actually used them.
Thanks

I have a Swing-a-way and it's worth it. A lot of swings (hopefully quality) can be done in a short amount of time.

I have the Pro Traveler so I can bring it with me during tournaments.

I also have the pro traveler. It is really cool to be able to take it to tournaments.

I have one in the basement...works great especially in the colder months. My son can get 200 swings every day no matter what the weather is like outside.

Ended up getting the MVP red edition. My son loves it. Uses it ever day. Live in PA great for the cold months.

We have the swingaway 2000 original model. A littlle bigger than the pro traveler but still folds up into bag for storage. Tomtom, it only takes up about 5' wide by 10' deep maybe 6' high at the top pole bungee guide and I have a movable water filled home plate. The new ones have a lower guide arm and I can assume approx. the same footprint. We use it the garage with a torpedo heater when it's cold. Highly recommend getting one. I got mine off Craigslist for less than the newer base model which would still be a great tool at $200 advertised. Lots of cuts, instant feedback but you have to make sure they take the time to do it right and correctly and make corrections.
