stiff handle or flex

im interested in buying a senior league bat and im thinking about getting a flex handle bat but now im hearing that stiff hadles are better. plz tell which is better.:cool: ty

In the case of most flex handle bats you would want to use a flex handle if you are more of a gap and base hit kinda person. But if you are a power hitter with a quick swing you would go with a stiff handle bat.
