All big barrels 2 5/8- any opinions on which is hotter. We had the 2 1/4 b1 last year but now plays 12U travel ball. I know on the Combats they have different length barrels depending on if it is a -8 or -10. Just give any and all opinions. Thanks

B2>B1>Vendetta
Vendetta is not in the same league as the combats, that would be the CF3 or CF4.
if you can find a CF3 those are very hard to beat but either Combat is just as good.

They are all really great. It just comes down to player preference. if they like flex or stiff, 2 piece or 1, brand, etc.

Thanks, I guess we are getting greedy. Right now he is about 90 lbs, but, all muscle, little guy does a 100 pushups and set ups every other night. He has a 2009 30-21 voodoo, that he can hit out with in bp on a 200 ft field, and he has a Combat Virus 30/22 that he was sent when he cracked his b1 last year, the week of all stars by hitting a home run in a ball game. He can hit it out with just as well. In fact we cant tell which is hotter. The voodoo or his virus. He just wants the hottest bat he can get, and the kid has enough talent and work ethic, I dont mind. He has earned it by hitting for hours on a tee. I dont want him trying to hit home runs, just line drives, and they will take care of themself. But, I also dont want to put a bat in his hand that will hold him back either. We really cant decide between the b1 and b2. We knew the 2.25 b1 30/20 was hotter than the drop 12, but, we cant find out if the same holds true for the big barrel b1 and b2......or now that you have mentioned the cf3, either, lol.

im getting some great feedback on the combat b2sl. some hitting coaches tell me that the ball explodes off the bat.
