I was totally unaware that Easton had even put out a CP bat until this past weekend. I am not a huge Easton fan (some due to past experiences w/ them, horrible CS in my opinion) but i was quite impressed with bat. It has a lighter feel to it than most CP bats do like the CP91 had/has. Just hitting infield practice before a game, the balls were coming off of it quite well. It doesnt have that tank-like, last forever feel like the Miken CP line has always had, yet not as glass like feeling as the CP91 felt. I think this will become to be a popular bat.

has nobody elses boy used these??? is my area the only area to have these? these bats are the majority that i see in dugouts around here now. these things are nasty. just a shy less pop than the CP91 had but much better durability and nice size sweetspot on them. if you are in the market for a CP bat, you wont regret getting this bat.

Our league does not use CP bats (or any big barrels), and I personally don't think that is a bad thing really.

i used to think the same thing. but when you play at the tourney level, you need all the advantage you can get. if they are that good, they will be able to adjust to a 2 14 barrel when it is time to.
