I was reading and viewing a forum called "baseball debate" and there is an instructor who just held a 3 day clinic in Southern California this past week. Since the Sourthern California was a huge success, people are asking him if he would do clinics all over the United States. The next one will be in Atlanta.
A few "gurus"(JBooth and Boardmember) on that forum really dont like the guy and bash him to pieces.
The guy is called "Teach" and has a website called www.hittingillustrated.com. He charges $150.00 for the 3 day event. It is $150.00 for a family, so if you have 10 kids, its only $150.00. You can stay there the whole day with your son if you want to. In fact, he encourages parent participation throughout the 3 day clinic. There is a parent night on Friday so that the parents can learn the swing and know what to look for in their childrens new swing.
I have only read positive comments from the parents that attended the 3 day clinic. All are excited with their newfound knowledge.
He actually is posting videos of the children who were in attendance at the clinic with "before" and "after" videos. You can see the difference and the improvements of each child! (Well I am not an instructor but they look better to me). I thought that was cool. I have never seen an instructor that does that.
Figure I pass on what I just read and viewed if anyone is interested. Judge for yourself! Check it out at baseballdebate or maybe his website(i think you have to pay or be a member though, which I am not).
