I have always bought my 9 year-old Easton bats, because that what I used when I played. I am getting him a new bat and I am looking at a B1 or B2, are they better than the Stealth?. My son swings a 29, he pulls everything, even though he does not have great bat speed, should I get the 29/19 or 29/17?

is your kid first of all?

What weight is the 29 that he's using?

Best bet is to swing both and see if he gets the -10 one around quick enough. The -10 is going to be a better bat due to the bigger sweet spot and increased inertia provided he doesn't lose bat speed.

I'm not anti-Easton, but I think you'll be happy with the switch. The B1 is an incredible stick. My kid and half of my team use a 30-18 and the results are pretty sick. My kid gained a whole new confidence with it. It doesn't produce many hand wringers, the sweet spot is huge, the ball flies off of it like nobody's business, and the fit and finish are awesome (comfort, looks etc.).
