What exactly does "end loaded" mean?? This bat has only a minus 9, which seems very heavy. My son is 8 and has been using a Demarini Voodoo 28/16.5. I have been debating over the Catylist 29/16, F3 29/19 and the Tech 29/20. He swings a 28/20.5 Voodoo big barrell in AAU, but for up comiing LL, I wanted to get him the perfect bat. He has a very quick bat with lots of control.

Does the end loaded feature negate the weight drop??

-9 is the static weigth. End loaded is how the weight is distibuted. If more weight is at the handle its swings lighter, faster, easier. Weight on the barrel swings heavier, but may hit the ball further. Swing weight or dynamic weight is what its all about. Golf clubs have it, but baseball bats dont have give any good info on it.
