warranty if buy online

If I buy a bat online like at justbats or other retail site will the bat co. honor the warranty? thanks

Yes, all the bats that I have bought online allow me to activate and maintain my warranty.

Based on personal experience, if a bat company ships you a damaged bat such as one with a poorly installed end cap or a cut in the handle material, they will replace it. Once you take it out of the wrapper the warranty is through the bat manufacturer.

A recognized online retailer is no different than a brick and mortar store. Sometimes they are the same thing. If the bat manufacturer did not honor warranties for bat from online retailers then no one would buy online and they would not be selling bats now.

They are an aurthorised dealer, lot of people on Ebay aren't. Just bats is great and very helpful with all there customers in making sure you have the right information for returning equipment to the MFG.
