CF3 is pretty big on our team. The Nike is a bit more hit or miss with our kids. My son that can swing anything likes it but the other son hates it, of course he still swings an old Rawlings Plasma.

The CF3 seems to be pretty neutral. I hate recommending anything unless you have swung the bat, hopefully hit with the bat and feel that the bat fits your swing. But if I had to recommend a bat sight unseen it would be the CF3.

No matter what you have, remember that the swing is the thing. Even if you go back to an older bat that you love and sell the new bat, make sure you swing the best tool in your toolbox, not the cutest or most expensive.

Thanks

My son still loves, trusts his Catalyst 2007 (blue) He has a new exogrid and CF3 which he hits in B.P. but he has not swung them enough to use in a game.My thoughts were to get the different types one piece two piece aluminum composite and see what works best for him

Of coarse it is a lot of money but I'm a single dad that loves to throw B.P. and it keeps it fun and fresh for my son. our dog loves to retrieve the balls that he hits. Good times
