i have the 2007 stealth comp, it has a rattling sound inside it, if i traded it in with my warrenty would i get the same 2007 stealth comp, or a 08 comp, or 09 comp?

Depends on what they have to give you. The later you wait the more the odds you'll get a newer model especially since they aren't making the old ones anymore. Either way you'll get them same size.
