trade in, which bat?

i have the 2007 stealth comp, it has a rattling sound inside it, if i traded it in with my warrenty would i get the same 2007 stealth comp, or a 08 comp, or 09 comp?

i just did this and got the 08 reg flex bat
the lady i talked to said thats what they are using for the warranty until they run out so after you break the next one maybe you can get the 09;)
