i need help, is there any drills or anything that can help me know the strike zone better? Lately i have been swinging at bad pitches and i don't think i know the strike zone as well as i should.

hate to say it but just seeing pitches the more swings you get at moving pitches, the more balls you will know that you can hit well. take the approach of this: if you cant hit it well, it probably isn't a strike or its in a perfect spot for the pitcher. use that until you get two strikes then after that you just have to battle

If it seems to be a recent problem, then you have either changed your approach or have stepped up a level.
Practice with a plan. Once you have practiced what you do in situations then it will come naturally at the plate.
One of our kids always tries to end a string of bad swings by really focusing on going opposite field with a line drive. Not a swing late type hit to the opposite field but a really focused at-bat that ends with a purposeful hit to right. He finds that this gets his focus back. Find your way to get the focus back.
My oldest son would always come to life, as do lots of kids, after he would get hit by a pitch. There was a phase that early in live bp we would throw hard at his thighs. He would tear up bp after that, so for him it was learning to take that motivation to his approach at the plate. The next son spends the next at-bat trying to rocket one back up the middle after he gets hit. More a wildness than a focus down and really hit. His focus comes from being relaxed and feeling he can dominate (6'4", 205).
Hope you are back up and hitting them solid soon.
