Little League Vs Pony

I hear there are differences between the bats used in Little League and Pony. What is it? Do any of you have preferences for children 5-10 in one versus the other?

In pony they can use big barrels (2 3/4) and little league only uses (2 1/4) until age 13

I like lettle league for the fact it's ran a little better, however pony league seem to allow the game to be played and not so worried about making money by getting every kid in the world to play
