CF3 or Miken Burn or Techzilla or Stealth Comp

Looking for a new composite bat for 12-13 yr old but need help. Anybody know of reviews for the new Demarini CF3, the 2008 Techzilla, the Miken Burn or the Easton Comps? Any suggestions?

After last Fall "Fall Ball" season of 12-11 travel, I recall seeing alot of Stealths, Demarini's
and Catalysts. ( all big barrels ) You'd have to look at reviews for the Anderson & Miken

I've been looking at it alot lately... and find it very interesting.

Techzilla is not composite its also a small barrell I have a 29/20 06 model in excellent shape if your interested. I also have a 29/19 red miken burn esd big barrel if your interested it's almost new used in 2 games and 1 bp. My son won a catalyst and uses it instead. let me know. oh yea nd the Stealth Comps, Ive seen 3 all 3 didn't last a single season in travel ball they just went dead when you taped the bats on the ground you could hear a distinct cracking sound on the dead ones. all were replaced under warranty and resold.

How does he like the catalyst? better than the Anderson? I guess the Techzilla is a double wall and not a comp. but lots of people claim it has great pop?

Techs have great pop, but dent easily. A bat that matches the Techzilla pop for pop and lasts longer is the CF3. It too is a double-wall bat and is composite.

Actually right now he has a 08 Techzilla thats his favorite, a Combat B1 EL he says is #2, And a Catalyst Senior League #3 in his bag at all times with a swift stick for warm up. The zilla has the best distance by far but a smaller sweet spot followed by the Combat & Catalyst in a tie, but the Combat has the longest barrell so if hes having trouble he goes there. The Catalyst he doesn't use much anymore. Both the Combat And Catalyst are lighter for faster pitches and the zilla he breaks out for slower to average pitches.
