new bat

My son currently uses a Demarini Vexxum-13.5 bat. His coach wants him to get a senior league big barrell bat. Finances are currently tight and we cannot spend 200-300$ on a new model. Does anyone like or recommend older model senior league bats from Demarini or Louisville Slugger? I think a -10 or a -9 would be ok for him. He bats 5th and has very good mechanics.

Yes, I reccommend getting either the 2008 or 2007 Senior League Vexxum from Justbats.com. They have free shipping on bats and the Vexxums are ( $179) for the 2008 and ($139) for the 2007. Both are -10 drops.;)
