Looking at Easton Stealth CNT to buy for my 8 year old. Any feedback would be appreciated.

depending on his size that should be good. My son swung an easton 30-17 green stealth when he was 8. He is bigger than other kids but he used it. He brought it back out last season when we went to the 9u world series in KS. The pitchers were throwing hard enough that he needed some bat speed. He had been swinging a 19 oz demarini but hit so well with the stealth 17 Oz that he has now retired the demarini. He going to an 18 oz Combat this season. 16 oz should be good enough that your son can control its use and use good mechanics.
