BamBoo Bats

My son, 10, just transitioned to wooden bats. We got him a 29" BamBoo youth bat. Since they are lighte, we thought it would be a good bet for the transition. He broke two of these within a couple days of each other. Has anyonone else had the same experience.

I have never used a BamBoo Bat. However, I have had great luck with my Brett Bros. Gobon #5 bamboo bat.
