08 rush or 08 miken burn

I bought my son a 07 Miken Burn ESD 31/19. After 3 days of use, I saw cracks in the barrel. My son is 9 going on 10 soon, but he doesn't swing that hard to damage a bat yet. I've contacted Miken and they gave me an RA#. They also said that normally their waranty is only good for 1 exchange, but since this happened so quickly, they may be able to honor another exchange if it happens again. I'm a little disappointed so far, considering I spent 229.99 on it and we only had it for 3 days. Any reccomendations on a more reliable composite bat are definately welcome.

dont get the miken burn bad feel pop and sound get a torque or a vexxum

i would go for a tpx dynasty or omaha , they have good pop and are durable
